NEW FRONTIER THEATER FAQ

Your ticket is your access to the theater. To avoid purchase of counterfeit or stolen tickets, buy them only at Ticketnet.com.ph or at Ticketnet Box office and authorized outlets.

  • Alcohol and beer is only sold to guests 21 years or older, with valid identification.
  • Contents of canned beers are transferred in a disposable cup.
  • Alcohol and beer are not allowed inside the main theater and can only be consumed in designated areas at the lobby.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear to be showing signs of impairment or who are disturbing another guest.

Large bags and oversized backpacks are prohibited inside the theater. Large/oversized bags will need to checked in at our baggage counter located beside the ticket booth.

New Frontier Theater shall not be liable for any lost/damaged item checked in.

Video Cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not allowed inside New Frontier Theater. Video and audio recording is prohibited. Please note that some shows will have a different camera policy.

There are also instances when the artist prefers to perform in a phone-free environment; meaning cellphones, smart watches, cameras and recording devices will be prohibited.

Announcements are made thru this website, and official social media accounts of New Frontier Theater and the respective concert promoter. Visit and follow our pages to keep updated.

Depending on the nature of the show, children below 3 feet are allowed entry into New Frontier Theater without a ticket if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket and must share the adult’s seat. Height is determined at the entrance by the venue staff.

For family shows, all ages are required to have tickets.

  • Guests must be respectful of others around them
  • Guests must avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • Guests must not interfere with the event, the performers or athletes in any way.
  • Guests must refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests, performers or athletes.
  • Guests must not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  • Guests must not block the aisles at all times.
  • Guests must not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket and must present their ticket upon request.
  • Guests must not smoke anywhere within the venue.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages must do so in a responsible manner.
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an Usher or Security Officer or Bouncer.
  • Guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures.
Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. We thank you for your cooperation.

Food and beverage bought from concessionaires inside New Frontier Theater are not allowed inside the main theater and can only be consumed in designated areas at the lobby.

Theater doors are scheduled to open 90 to 120 minutes prior to the start time of each event. Please note that door open times are subject to change.

Proper dress code shall be observed. Guests wearing sandos and slippers will not be allowed entry into New Frontier Theater despite presenting a valid ticket.

All guests entering the theater are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection and bag inspection conducted by New Frontier Theater security team.

The safety and well-being of our guests is very important to us, if you begin to feel ill or find that you require medical assistance, please see an usher immediately.

Medical assistance is readily available for any emergency.

The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials is not allowed without written permission of New Frontier Theater. In addition, vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed without written approval of New Frontier Theater management.

New Frontier Theater does not allow outside food or beverage to be brought inside the venue.

We encourage all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you are subject to search prior to entry. The following items are prohibited inside New Frontier Theater:
  • Weapons/Firearms/Knives
  • Laser Pens
  • Pepper Spray/Mace
  • Flares and Fireworks
  • Drugs/illegal substances
  • Signs and Banners: may not exceed 11”x17” in size or attached to a pole/stick
  • Alcohol
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Cameras/Video Cameras/Recording Devices
  • Outside Food and Beverages
  • Glass, Cans, Aluminum Bottles
  • Long pointed umbrellas
  • Any other items deemed unacceptable by venue management

New Frontier Theater is easily accessible via MRT and LRT-2 as well as varied transport options including taxis, jeepneys and buses.

New Frontier Theater has a “NO RE-ENTRY” policy during all events at the theater. Guests who leave New Frontier Theater during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry without an unused/unscanned ticket.

The unlawful resale/scalping of any event ticket on Araneta City property is strictly prohibited. Persons caught violating the anti-scalping ordinance shall be prosecuted in accordance with the law.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the New Frontier Theater. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.

Guests needing to pick up tickets at Will Call should visit the Ticketnet Box Office located beside the main entrance. Please note that a form of photo identification is required in order to retrieve any tickets.
